A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 5 days of booking to confirm each trip. Balance due at time of boarding.

All times and rates are subject to change. We reserve the right to reschedule or modify any trip due to weather or safety considerations.

Should Captain Bill's Charters, LLC find it necessary to cancel for any reason, every attempt will be made to reschedule. In the event we cannot reschedule, your deposit will be refunded.

Should a scheduled party cancel a charter, Captain Bill's Charters, LLC, must be notified in writing, three weeks (21 days), prior to the scheduled date, in order to refund deposit.

Be sure to inform the Captain of any medical problems or special requirements at time of booking.
